The Fees include:
 
  • Accommodation
  • Breakfast, Lunch, Evening Tea and Dinner (purely Kerala vegetarian food)
  • Daily study (Mondays-Fridays only) of 2 disciplines one main subject for a minimum of 2 hours and a secondary subject for a minimum of 1 hour a day only.(No second subject during Yoga teachers course)
  • Workshops for groups, to be chosen among 5 art forms only.
 
Complimentary: For a stay of minimum one week, we are glad to offer an Ayurvedic oil massage
There are free Yoga lessons on Monday, Wednesday and Friday mornings and free Martial art lessons on Monday through Friday evenings.
 
  • A 10% reduction on the fees will be allowed, if the stay is on twin sharing (This reduction is not applicable for groups and for students attending special courses like Ayurveda, Intense Yoga and Intense Kathakali)
     
  • 100 dollars has to be paid in advance for registration.
     
  • RETENTION CHARGES will apply if the stay is cut short after the arrival in the centre, (except for reasons like death of near and dear etc.), at 50% of the exact costs for the cancelled no. of nights
     
HOW TO PAY - ADVANCE:
 
You can confirm your registration by paying an advance, which can be done Online using your credit card (we will email you with instructions for the same when it is time for advance payment).We have a service charge of Rs.250 for this facility, which will be collected from you directly while making your balance payment in the centre. (Rs.250 is charged for every Rs.4500 paid online, which is much less than what you will pay as charges for a western union money transfer).

You can also pay the advance by Western Union Money Transfer system(Please do it only using the specific individual's name given by us, after being asked by us to do so). Please do not do a bank transfer, since the money may not reach us even after months.
 
REFUND OF ADVANCE PAID:
 
We permit refund on cancellation, if informed 50 days before the arrival date.

REFUND PROCEDURE - only 90% of the advance amount will be refunded

A. Refunds for credit card payments will be reversed back to your credit card account (a reverse process of online payment) and will take its own time as per your credit card issuing bank policies, which cannot be influenced by us.

B. Refunds for cheque/western union payments are paid by Cash cheque(can be easily encashed in the bank in Chengannur) if you can present yourself (or your nominee) directly in the centre. We can also send a cheque to your nominee if the person has a bank account in India.

We are unable to send the refund amount out of India by cheque or bank transfer or western union money transfer or by any other means due to technical reasons.

You may also avail this amount as your advance payment, if ever you are coming back to the centre (within one year from the day of cancellation).

 
HOW TO PAY - BALANCE AMOUNT:
The balance money has to be paid, during your stay, only by CASH - either in Indian rupees or US Dollars or Euros or Pounds THOUGH we would appreciate that you pay us by Indian Rupees Cash.

WE ARE UNABLE TO ACCEPT TRAVELLER'S CHEQUES or CREDIT CARDS OR EVEN PAYMENTS BY MONEY ORDERS OR CHEQUES OR DEMAND DRAFTS, EXCEPT FOR THE INITIAL ADVANCE PAYMENTS (repeat - cheques or money orders or demand drafts are accepted only for the initial advance payments).

Hence please do not carry your balance payments in the form of cheque or International Money Orders/Grams or Demand Drafts when you arrive in the centre. You can easily change cash or Traveller's cheques and even withdraw money using your International credit/debit cards in the village and in the nearby towns.
