IMPORTANT NOTES

Since we have only very limited facilities, we advice you to register at the earliest possible, to avoid disappointment; There is no specific period for this. The earliest the best. Sometimes we are full even 6 months in advance.

We strongly recommend you to take out a travel insurance policy covering your entire stay.

The use or possession of any kind of drugs is prohibited in our centre. Any one found guilty will be immediately handed over to the Police.

While at the centre, you need to be back in your respective houses before 10.0 pm in the night. We request you to not expect any kind of night life in the aristocratic Keralan society and to not walk alone, especially women, in the lonely areas of the village, after dark. We must tell you that this is only a precaution for your safety. There have never been any ill incidents ever before.

Important General Information for those who wish to live in our Centre:- We are a Cultural Educational Institute, NOT A RESORT OR HOTEL. Since the creation, the Staff’s wish and objective is to help, to the best of their ability, the Student guests, trying to make your stay comfortable, pleasant and fruitful. But the Centre may not tolerate, if ever we meet, a “Consumer” attitude lacking reason, respect and basic understanding of our concepts, leading towards misbehaviour with our teachers and staff. We expect an open minded attitude which seems to be the only proper way to understand, penetrate and enjoy a different culture. We would appreciate an open mind and respect for the traditional and local customs in a typical Indian village. You may have an open mind towards all the new learning procedures and the general ambience. This will only benfit your study abroad experience

Avoid wearing short and transparent clothes. The Centre being in a village and not in a tourist destination Students must wear only fully covering and non transparent dresses.

You may carefully decide on your length of stay at the centre. Retention charges (at 50% of the total cost of no. of nights not used) will apply if the stay is cut short after arrival in the centre, even before arrival, if not informed 45 days prior to the arrival date

We request you to go through all the sections in this website, before hand, to have a complete idea about us.

Upon arrival you need to sign a Regulations form. Click on the link to view.

Our Registration form is getting revised. Please send us your details by email.
